iSYS makes safety an integral ingredient of everything it does. We believe that there is nothing more important in business than the protection of our greatest and most valued resource, our employees. It's a company-wide philosophy shared by everyone from senior management through to the individual worker.

Along with our parent company City Lights Electrical, the iSYS team has assembled dedicated safety personnel and commits significant resources towards training. These efforts help ensure that our zero tolerance accident policy is consistently implemented and enforced. Highlights of our program include:

• Commitment and involvement by senior leadership
• Training for both new employees and ongoing site safety orientation
• Policies , procedures, and documentation, plus strict adherence to state and federal OSHA regulations
• Recognition of employees, projects and jobsites with strong safety procedures
• Zero Tolerance and accountability for unsafe work practices
